    Professionals and specialists in functional communities such as finance, human resources, procurement, materiel management and real property, information management, information technology, internal audit, communication, policy, evaluation, science and technology, service delivery, security, corporate planning, and regulation

  • Supervisors

    Any public service employee in a position that entails the supervision of employees

  • Managers

    Managers at the EX minus 4 to EX minus 1 levels who hold authority delegations in finance and human resources

  • Senior Managers

    Executives at the EX-01, EX-02 and EX-03 levels or equivalent

  • Senior Executives

    Assistant Deputy Ministers and Governor-in-Council appointees, including Deputy Ministers, Associate Deputy Ministers, Heads of Federal Agencies, Chief Executive Officers and Boards of Directors of Crown Corporations
