Client Contact Centre

The Client Contact Centre can provide information related to your account, password, registration, technical issues and special needs. Agents are available Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (ET) and will respond to your requests as quickly as possible. Non-urgent requests can be sent by email; an initial response will generally be provided within three business days.
