The Canada School of Public Service is the common learning service provider for the Public Service of Canada and helps ensure that all public service employees have the knowledge and skills they need to deliver results for Canadians.

  This online course introduces federal procurement policies and obligations that are designed to improve the development opportunities for Aboriginal peoples.
• Act on Employment Equity: Expand Your Vision (C001E)    
  This online course has been developed to enhance knowledge of employment equity so that participants may proceed with related courses on the topic of equity and diversity.
• Active Leadership in Values and Ethics (C100E)    
  This online course helps participants to initiate dialogue on values and ethics within their organization.
• Active Offer and Delivery of Service Tool (FSL) (C236)  
  This online tool provides participants with the ability to read, hear and practice the common phrases in French used to address French-speaking clients, as well as to further their knowledge of the Official Languages Act by completing quiz-based questions.
• Aide-mémoire - Niveau C (FSL) (C213)  
  This online tool uses recorded examples to help participants remember language rules and is made up of three components: language functions, language situations and memory aids.
• Apprivoiser l'ELS - Écrit 1 : En-têtes, listes et titres (FSL) (C179)  
  This online course (course 1 of 2) uses special software that familiarizes participants with the second language evaluation (SLE) written test and presents questions intended specifically for public servants whose first official language is English.

  This online course (course 2 of 2) uses special software that familiarizes participants with the second language evaluation (SLE) written test and presents questions intended specifically for public servants whose first official language is English.

  This online tool provides explanations and practice activities in English for the part of speech known as 'the article' and may be used as a self-directed study or as a complementary part of the ESL program.

  This online course outlines the importance of an objective eye in the appointment process and identifies areas where bias might be introduced when finding the right fit for an appointment position.
• French Makes Sense 1 (FSL) (C185)  
  This online course (part 1 of 3) is targeted to true beginners who want to improve their listening comprehension, basic vocabulary and ability to distinguish and produce characteristic French sounds, rhythms and intonations.
• French Makes Sense 2 (FSL) (C186)  
  This online course (part 2 of 3) is targeted to true beginners by exploring the basics of grammar rules which shape the sounds of the French language.

  This online dictation tool allows participants to practice listening and writing skills pertaining to work situations and is intended to be used to maintain proficiency levels B and C in French or as a complementary part of the FSL program.

  This online course provides employees with an overview of their roles and responsibilities under the Canada Labour Code as well as the guidelines for workplace OHS committees and representatives.

  This self-assessment tool assists in the evaluation of five aspects of oral competency in English: listening, conversing, oral production, communication strategies and language quality.

  The Centre is divided into four virtual training rooms which provide access to valuable reference tools that are conducive to learning French as a second language (FSL) at the A and B levels.

  This online course examines the functions and the organizational relationships between Parliament, the Government of Canada and the federal public service.

  This set of online word puzzles is designed to review and reinforce vocabulary, spelling and grammar in English for beginner to advanced levels.

  This online tool is comprised of 325 sentences for error analysis and allows participants to practice their English writing and editing skills in a timed mode, an untimed mode or as a random simulation exercise.
