The ADM Forum is an essential learning and networking event that helps to build a strong community of ADMs and ADM equivalents.
Under the theme Leading Canada's Public Service Transformation: People, Process, Technology, the 2015 Forum will explore how people, process and technology converge to transform the public service into an agile and adaptable organization that will effectively serve Canadians into the future. Participants will gain new ideas and perspectives to help transform our public service by examining innovative practices, intelligent risk taking and opportunities to engage employees.
A full day of interactive sessions will provide you with an opportunity to connect and engage with experienced leaders from both the private and public sectors regarding their perspectives on and approaches to innovation and change.
A series of evening sessions over dinner with deputy ministers and members of the ADM Learning Advisory Committee is also being organized. See the ADM Evening Series section for more information.
