Beyond the Theory: Results and Delivery Approach in Practice

In partnership with the Canada School of Public Service, the Privy Council Office is proud to host Nick Rodriguez, co-author of Deliverology 101, the successor of Deliverology in Practice. Nick is one of the world’s leading experts in the theory and practice of delivery, and has advised governments at every level on this discipline in the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
During this workshop, directors and senior program managers will use a case study and a guide to learn more about the results and delivery approach in the Government of Canada and will explore how to be actively involved in the delivery of government programs and priorities.
