Departments have to make good choices in their use of Web 2.0 tools and services when communicating with Canadians. This online course, developed in partnership with the Communications Community Office, provides an overview of the Guideline for External Use of Web 2.0, including guidance for employees, policy areas affected by Web 2.0 tools and services, and accountability. Participants will learn how to apply the guideline and make informed choices about the appropriate Web 2.0 tools and services for their departments. [A206]
