Description
A common understanding of corporate and individual responsibilities with respect to employment equity legislation is essential for starting the classroom-based course entitled "Diversity: Vision and Action (G114)". This online course has been developed to enhance knowledge of employment equity so that participants may proceed with related courses on the topic of equity and diversity. Participants will expand their knowledge of the employment equity legislation and obligations and will learn best practices related to diversity issues. [C001]
