Public service managers have an obligation to apply the core values of the public sector in their work environments. This online course helps managers to better understand the foundational concept of values and ethics and how to apply it when dealing with conflicts of interest, ethical dilemmas, harassment situations and issues of workplace well-being. Through practical exercises and scenarios, participants will identify, discuss and apply the key principles and policies related to values and ethics in the public sector.
