Description
Orientation programs are an important part of the human resources strategies put in place by high-performing organizations. This orientation program welcomes new employees into the public service and helps them to understand their role as public servants. Participants will be equipped with a foundational understanding of government and the concepts of the values, ethics and responsibilities that they will draw upon throughout their careers in the Public Service of Canada. - instilling a sense of pride in the opportunity to serve Canadians
- gaining a foundational understanding of government
- recognizing the concepts of values, ethics and accountabilities
