Facilitating a Virtual Classroom (E392)

Note that this training is offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. for a total of six hours.

Description

An important part of facilitating online learning is to fully understand the participant experience. This course focuses on how to engage and exchange with learners during an online learning session. Participants will learn how to maximize their potential as an online facilitator with hands-on practice. [E392]

Topics include:

  • keeping the audience engaged
  • tips and tricks for online facilitation
  • delivering an online learning event
  • asynchronous and synchronous learning

This activity has been designed for public servants in the Public Service of Canada.
