Budgets are essential tools for planning in any organization. This course demonstrates how to prepare a detailed work plan, transform this plan into an operating budget and control expenditures against an approved budget. Participants will learn the fundamentals of budget formulation and control through the use of a case study, group exercises and open discussion. [F002]
