Description
Scientific teams require skilled and trained leaders to guide their projects to completion. This course provides participants with an opportunity to develop their leadership competencies in the federal science and technology (S&T) work environment and to become more aware of their leadership style and its impact on their teams. Through the use of self-assessment instruments and customized learning exercises, participants will gain a thorough understanding of the challenges and benefits associated with leading a scientific team.
