Description
Learning how to supervise a team effectively is a critical skill for supervisors at all levels. This workshop explains how to better apply a variety of supervisory theories, techniques and tools that are used in the federal public service. Participants will have the opportunity to share and learn from colleagues and to improve the quality of the supervision they carry out for their teams. [G125]
