Employee performance management is one of a manager's key responsibilities. This course is designed to help managers develop performance agreements and learning objectives for their employees.Participants will better understand the performance management cycle, be equipped to initiate conversations with their employees and acquire tools and strategies to help their employees develop competencies and perform at the required level.
