Description
Effective management of work performance is critical to a team's success. This course explains how to apply a coaching conversation approach to establish positive relationships and meet performance objectives. Participants will learn how to conduct a coaching interview, share positive and corrective feedback and use internal resources to foster a culture of high performance. [G215]
