Description
Self-awareness and effective communication allow managers to become leaders. This foundational leadership development course is based on the servant-leader philosophy and offers managers an opportunity to explore its application in the public service. Participants will enhance their understanding of personal and interpersonal leadership as they reflect on values and ethics and on sound management practices. [G306]
