Keeping track of communications with clients, partners, suppliers and employees helps with the creation of a corporate memory. This course outlines the government information management (IM) life cycle and presents its many stages including analysis of needs, identification of requirements, implementation and maintenance. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss the value of information and records, how they are used and how they might change over time. [I220]
