Description
Two new standard assessment processes have been established to provide ratings that reflect an organization's capacity to manage projects of a certain level of complexity and risk. This course provides contextual information about the Organizational Project Management Capacity Assessment (OPMCA) tool, the Project Complexity and Risk Assessment (PCRA) tool and Treasury Board policies governing investment planning and the management of projects. Participants will have the opportunity to complete sections of an OPMCA and PCRA based on a case study as well as perform an analysis of the results. [I734]
