Description
Having breakthroughs and evoking new areas of thought is facilitated through key coaching exercises, techniques and practices. This course explores the fundamentals of providing effective feedback from a coaching perspective and introduces various coaching tools that will enhance the impact of feedback-oriented conversations. Participants will gain an understanding of how to facilitate feedback, an awareness of personal styles and mindsets that can impact feedback and insight into the different levels of providing feedback.
