The federal government's real property portfolio is extremely wide and diverse and requires strong policy framework principles for the management of its assets. This introductory course presents the context and expectations of real property management within the federal government by reviewing the relevant legislation, policies and standards. Participants will learn about the best practices and the tools necessary to help them achieve excellence in the field of real property management. [M721]
