Leading strategic change within the public service demands an understanding of the complexities and challenges regarding renewal, reform and culture change. This course encourages the reflection and discussion needed to enhance the role of managers in helping to shape a renewed work environment. - the strategic leadership process: core ideology, vision, analysis, strategic priorities, action planning and implementation
- the importance of strategic leadership in renewing the public service workforce
