Human resources (HR) advisors are often called upon to provide advice in organization and classification (OC). This course (part 1B) examines on-site interviews, relativity studies and the writing of rationales and grievances for OC programs. Participants will develop the necessary competencies to participate in the implementation of an OC program. [P912]
