Developing key performance indicators is a necessity for any regulatory initiative. This course provides the knowledge and skills needed to oversee the design of a sound performance measurement and evaluation framework. Participants will be better able to report on key performance indicators and evaluate regulatory programs and initiatives. [R003]

- developing a regulatory results-based logic
- developing a data collection strategy
- developing an evaluation and reporting strategy
- applying to the Cabinet Directive on Streamlining Regulation
