Description
Leading people through transition requires an understanding of the reactions, feelings and behaviours provoked by change. This course equips senior leaders with the ability to deal with the human dimension challenges brought about by the implementation of the public service renewal agenda. Participants will benefit from 360-degree feedback on their personal leadership style and from a one-on-one session with a certified facilitator to help identify concrete steps toward a personal action plan. - the impact of mental models, of personality and of behavioural preferences when dealing with change
- using polarities to enhance strategic capacities when managing transition
- stress management
