Description
Stress in the workplace can have an impact on both employees and employers alike by affecting productivity and reducing physical and emotional health. This course explores the three major themes surrounding stress management in the workplace and introduces strategies to help manage stress related issues. Participants will acquire the knowledge and skills needed to make personal changes in their ability to balance stress management techniques and interventions in a professional environment. [T601]
