Investigating Harassment Complaints (T703)

Description

In order to achieve fairness and transparency, employees should develop the skills and sensitivities necessary to properly investigate harassment complaints. This course examines relevant Treasury Board policies and demonstrates how to recognize potential harassment situations, prepare an investigation, conduct interviews, analyze data and present the findings of a harassment investigation. Participants will follow a case study to explore how a real investigation process unfolds step by step. [T703]
