What we offer

The School's learning products deal with a variety of topics, offering learners many different ways to upgrade their skills. Many delivery types are used: classroom, online self-paced, virtual classroom, learning events (in-person or virtual), distance learning, multi-mode instruction. Classroom Courses

An Index (A to Z) provides an alphabetical listing of all classroom courses offered by the School. Each course page includes a description, an outline, offering dates, locations and costs.

Online Courses

An Index (A to Z) provides an alphabetical listing of all online courses, including second language training products, offered by the School. As an eligible federal public servant, you have free access to all of the School's online courses.


Our programs contribute to developing, strengthening and maintaining a highly skilled, competent and professional public service. Leadership, international and development programs are available to help you upgrade your skills to the next level.

The School has built a strong foundation of leadership programming that actively supports departments and agencies in developing tomorrow's leaders.

If you are unable to find a specific course, the Client Contact Centre will be happy to assist you in finding alternate courses that will meet your training needs.
