Document Formats

Most content on this Web site is available in HTML format. Many documents are also available in their original format so that you can view and print them with virtually the same graphics, typography and layout as the original version.

• PDF (Portable Document Format)
• DOC (Microsoft Word)
• XLS (Microsoft Excel)
• PPT (Microsoft PowerPoint)
• RTF (Rich Text Format)

PDF - To access the Portable Document Format (PDF) version of a document you must have a PDF reader installed. For instance:

• Adobe Reader external link

• eXPert PDF Reader external link

If you choose not to use a reader, you can have the PDF file converted to HTML or ASCII text by using an online conversion service such as one offered by Adobe online conversionexternal link or Google's view as HTML feature.

DOC - To view a document in Microsoft Word format, you will need Microsoft Word Viewer.external link

XLS - To view a spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel format, you will need the Microsoft Excel Viewer.external link

PPT - To view presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint format, you will need the PowerPoint Viewer.external link

RTF - To view a document in Rich Text format, you will need to use the document conversion features available in most word processing softwares or use a file viewer capable of reading RTF.
