Any public service employee in a position that entails the supervision of employees

Managers Managers
Managers at the EX-M4 to EX-M1 levels who hold authority delegations in finance and human resources

Senior Managers Senior Managers
Executives at the EX-1, EX-2 and EX-3 levels or equivalent

Senior Leaders Senior Leaders
Assistant Deputy Ministers and Governor-in-Council appointees, including Deputy Ministers, Associate Deputy Ministers, Heads of Federal Agencies, Chief Executive Officers and Boards of Directors of Crown Corporations
