Some departments may be experiencing difficulties accessing the School's learning products, related to traffic on both their internal networks and the external government-wide network.
The School is working with Shared Services Canada and departments to address these technical problems that are causing the system to run more slowly than usual.
In turn, the School's Client Contact Centre is experiencing higher than normal volume, and technical issues in processing requests, which are resulting in significant delays.
