The School plays a vital role in delivering the Government of Canada's Policy on Learning, Training and Development by providing foundational learning and strategic advice, delivering best management practices, acting as a learning clearing house, and measuring and reporting outcomes on learning undertaken and results achieved across the public service.

Learning products (including courses, programs and events) are available to public service employees in all regions across the country.
