Building Team Synergy and Team Focus: 360 BY DESIGN

In partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership - a world leader in leadership education -, the Canada School has developed the team-focused 360 BY DESIGN feedback tool. Using the 360 BY DESIGN provides individuals and intact teams with an opportunity to reflect on key learning experiences and lessons learned.

360 BY DESIGN can help intact teams to:

  • strategically focus investments in leadership development
  • determine group strengths, key success factors, blind spots and unrecognized strengths
  • work more effectively for a common objective

360 BY DESIGN can help individual participants to:

  • get insight into their own strengths and areas for improvement with respect for the leadership competencies of the Public Service
  • compare their self-perceptions with feedback obtained from their superior, peers and direct reports
