2SLGBTQI+ Inclusion Learning Path

An important priority for the Government of Canada is to strengthen diversity and inclusion so that all Canadians can participate fully as members of Canadian society. The Government's commitment to 2SLGBTQI+ is a key part of this priority. In 2022, Canada's first Federal 2SLGBTQI+ Action Plan was launched to advance the rights of 2SLGBTQI+ Canadians, and improve their social, economic, and health outcomes.

This learning path aims to encourage pride in public service and engages everyone to foster a 2SLGBTQI+ inclusive workplace. It provides a selection of job aids, courses, videos, and events on 2SLGBTQI+ awareness, inclusion, allyship, and support services from the Government of Canada.
