Authority Delegation Revalidation Assessment for Managers (C451-1)

This revalidation assessment covers the authorities and responsibilities delegated to managers in the core public administration (organizations listed in Schedules I and IV of the Financial Administration Act). It evaluates knowledge of assets and acquired services, financial management, human resources management and information management. Learners must complete this assessment to revalidate their delegated authorities five years after their initial certification.

Prerequisites:

G110, G510 and C451 are prerequisites to this validation.

Notes:

Completing authority delegation training and assessments does not entitle you to exercise signing authorities. As outlined in the Directive on Delegation of Spending and Financial Authorities, individuals who are delegated spending and financial authorities under sections 32, 33 and 34 of the Financial Administration Act must meet the following conditions:
