Having the knowledge necessary to exercise delegated signing authorities is vital information for Assistant Deputy Ministers (ADMs). This orientation course is designed to strengthen the strategic leadership capabilities of ADMs through the discussion of best practices and exemplary behaviours and by examining the role of the government's strategic management agenda. Participants will acquire the knowledge needed to effectively exercise their delegated signing authorities in order to develop best practices in leading their organizations to achieve excellence for Canadians.
