Manager Development Program - Phase 4 (G415)

Duration: 22:30 hours

This final phase of the Manager Development Program is a three-day classroom session. You will develop new competencies, reflect on your leadership skills and reinforce what you learned during the previous phases by applying your new knowledge through complex cases.

At the end of Phase 4, you will be able to:

  • demonstrate innovation and leadership to create the public service of 2020 and beyond
  • facilitate transition in periods of change by taking into account the emotions of your employees
  • build and maintain networks and effective working relationships with colleagues, partners and stakeholders
  • examine how state of mind influences the perception of self, others and the environment

Prerequisites:

Manager Development Program participants who have completed the Phase 3 distance learning course may register for Phase 4.
