Public servants are in a unique position to help build respectful relationships with First Nations in Canada. This online self-paced course looks at some of the governance structures, traditions and current realities of First Nations and their relationships with the Government of Canada. Participants will learn how government policies and programs of the past and the present impact contemporary First Nations communities, and discover how they can make a difference for a better future.
