Managing the Contract for Services (M404)

Public servants who manage, implement, administer and control simple service contracts are expected to have basic skills in procurement or materiel management. This course provides the knowledge and practical skills needed to manage a contract for services. Participants will improve their ability to work with consultants in a manner that allows them to manage risk and ensure that services rendered meet the requirements of the initial agreement.
