Once a new federal public policy has been adopted, the implementation process starts. This introductory course outlines the processes that lead to the implementation of public policies within the federal public service, including the establishment of programs and services. Participants will learn about the different steps of implementation, from program design and delivery to monitoring and evaluation.

Notes:

This course is currently under review and is not available to learners at this time. The purpose of the review is to modernize the design and delivery methods of updated content that is in line with the policies, directives, and guides recently adopted as part of the policy reset of the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. The CSPS plans to launch the new version of this classroom course in this fiscal year.
