Since conflict is a part of society, handling conflict effectively is a key skill in the workplace. This online self-paced course examines some of the main sources of workplace conflict and offers a number of strategies and approaches to managing conflict. Participants will learn how to recognize their own conflict style and how to work effectively towards conflict resolution, especially when dealing with difficult individuals.
