Diversity and inclusion are essential for building a modern, high-performing public service. While much progress has been made, the LGBTQ2+ communities still face challenges with heterosexism, genderism, transphobia and homophobia. Marginalization based on sexual orientation and gender identity can cause many LGBTQ2+ people to remain "closeted" or to feel unsafe at work.

This training is for individuals who are interested in learning about issues related to the LGBTQ2+ communities and wish to contribute to the creation of a safer, more inclusive public service.
