The Supervisor Development Program (G313) offers a practical, hands-on approach to the core functions of the supervisory role. Assuming supervisory responsibilities is the first major transition point in a public service career. The School offers a comprehensive program to help you succeed in this new role, giving you the skills you need to supervise the day-to-day performance of individual employees and small teams.
