Module 1 of Authority Delegation Training provides an overview of the key topics covered in the eight modules of this online self-paced course. Participants will learn about the principles of managing human resources, public funds, programs and assets, as well as their roles and responsibilities within these management areas.

To complete this training, participants must finish all eight modules of the Authority Delegation Training course. The course evaluation will only be forwarded upon the completion of Module 8.
