To do their jobs effectively, public service managers are expected to have a solid understanding of their roles, responsibilities and accountabilities. Module 7 of Authority Delegation Training focuses on human resources responsibilities and people management, including compensation, organization and classification, labour relations and more. Participants will acquire the information they need to effectively exercise their delegated human resources authorities in compliance with the established legal and policy frameworks.

To complete this training, participants must finish all eight modules of the Authority Delegation Training course. The course evaluation will only be forwarded upon the completion of Module 8.
