Time management and task delegation are essential skills for any team supervisor. This course provides an opportunity for supervisors to learn how to manage their time and priorities, as well as their level of stress. Participants will learn different strategies for managing their work and examine the variables that influence delegation in both virtual and non-virtual settings.

This course is part of the learning path for the virtual edition of the Supervisor Development Program (SDPv). Certification for the SDPv must be assigned by a departmental Required Training Coordinator or a Learning Coordinator.
