To create a respectful workplace, employees and managers must first understand their roles and responsibilities towards maintaining a healthy work environment. This online self-paced course identifies potential sources of workplace conflict and presents the resolution mechanisms prescribed by the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. Participants will learn how to distinguish between disrespectful behaviour, harassment and violence, and how to prevent or resolve conflict in the workplace.
