Making the right career choices and successfully managing a career takes careful planning and know-how. This online self-paced course provides detailed guidance on the process of developing and implementing a career action plan. By going through the various steps, participants will evaluate their career situation; take stock of their values, interests, skills and needs; and identify their strengths and weaknesses to advance more easily on their desired career path.
