GCdocs is the federal government's standardized electronic document and records management solution. This course provides functional specialists responsible for their organization's information resources with the skills they need to manage the electronic and physical records stored in GCdocs throughout their life cycle. Participants will learn how to navigate and use functionalities in the records management, classification and physical objects workspaces within GCdocs.
It is strongly recommended that learners take the GCdocs16 online self-paced courses I020 to I026 before registering for this course. These courses can be found through our course catalogue.
