Discover Digital for Executives - Module 4: Sharing Your Learning Experience (I501)

Description

Type: Virtual classroom
Duration: 01:30 hours
Status: Archived

As the pace of technological change increases and expectations for digital services continue to grow, the public service must adopt new ways of thinking and doing that are more iterative, collaborative and responsive to emerging needs. This module provides an opportunity for participants to connect with their peers, exchange feedback and enhance their understanding of digital leadership practices. Following their exploration of the Government of Canada Digital Standards in the previous modules, participants will continue their experimentation voyage by completing a workplace challenge in which they will put their learning into practice.

Topics include:

  • sharing and receiving feedback from the executive community on the workplace challenge experience
  • reflecting on how leadership practices and styles are changing
  • becoming a digital explorer in the Government of Canada

Notes:

Given the participatory nature of this module and the opportunity it affords to connect with peers, participants can register and attend as often as desired.

Completion of the previous modules of Discover Digital for Executives (I500) is not mandatory; however, pre-work is required for registered participants who are new to the program. Module 4 is the final module.
