French and English are the official languages of Canada and they have equal status, rights and privileges as to their use in Parliament and Government of Canada institutions. This course provides an overview of the Official Languages Act and its legislative framework. Participants will gain an understanding of their rights and responsibilities by reviewing the best practices used in the public service.
